Direct online transfer / Bank in

If you selected order direct bank-in, once you've obtained an invoice with our bank details, please send us confirmation of payment to shop@senijari.com or the WA number provided on our website, IG and FB so we can send out your order as soon as possible. Please bank in the correct amount. Any change owed to the customer will be returned in the form of store credit. To ease payment verification, kindly put your invoice number for "Recipient Reference."

RETURNS

Returns are accepted if returned within 30 days of receipt (for local and international orders) in exchange for a refund or Store Credit only subject to the Returns Policy (see link please). Only items that are in its original packaging with returns label still attached can be returned/exchanged.

For exchanges, kindly indicate the new size/color you'd like to exchange with in the return form. If the item requested is not available in stock, we will have to give you a refund or store credit instead. If you'd like to exchange to a different item altogether, we will first refund you in store credit and you may place a new order for the item
